Sutton’s MP will be hosting an event for local businesses who are thinking of exporting or are looking to expand their export operations abroad.
The event is in partnership with UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), the Government Board responsible for helping UK businesses expand into new foreign markets, will feature UKTI international trade experts presenting on export finance available to small and medium size businesses as well as case studies on how businesses have successfully expanded abroad.
Andrew Mitchell will open the breakfast event will which will be held at Sutton Coldfield Town Hall between 08:00 -10:30 on Friday 5 September 2014. Scheduled speakers include Jonathan Webber, Director of Trade & Development for the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, on how a huge number and variety of local firms are strengthening and growing their business by selling overseas.
The event also offers the opportunity to:

• network with local businesses
