The Royal Town’s local MP opened Good Hope Hospital’s annual Summer Fete last Sunday.
Visitors were entertained by live music while perusing the stalls offering a wide variety of produce, and take part in a number of activities on offer including raffles, a tombola and games.
Reflecting the location and purpose of the fete, the Hospital ran stands providing free health awareness information.
Andrew Mitchell said “This fete showcases the community spirit we have here in Sutton, and how important the Hospital is to our community. It is good to see so many people coming out to support their local hospital and learn more about what it provides”.
