Andrew Mitchell MP visited Minworth Junior & Infant School to address students in a school assembly and take part in a question and answer session.
Sutton’s MP spoke about his work as the local Member of Parliament. The children then quizzed Mr Mitchell for twenty minutes on topics such as the best part of his job, his work with the Prime Minister and visiting developing countries.
Andrew Mitchell also took the opportunity for a discussion with the Head Teacher, Josie Leese, about general issues facing the School.
