The Rt Hon Andrew Mitchell MP has announced details of the Sutton Coldfield Town Centre Summit Meeting to be held at the Town Hall on Friday 7 September, between 10:00 - 12.00 o’clock.
Andrew Mitchell MP will Chair the meeting which will be addressed by the members of a Panel who will be influential in shaping the future Town Centre in Sutton Coldfield. The Panel will outline where they believe we are in respect of the Town Centre at the present time; what the challenges & opportunities are for the Town Centre and their vision for the future of the Town Centre.
The Panel will comprise Mark Bourgeois, Managing Director of Mall Shopping Centres, Waheed Nazir, Chief Planning Office for Birmingham, Andrew Jackson, General Manager of The Mall, Andrew Burley, Chairman of Sutton Coldfield BID, Councillor Anne Underwood and Councillor Margaret Waddington. There will also be representatives from some of the leading stores in the Town Centre who will explain why they have chosen to open their business in Sutton Coldfield.
The meeting will then be open to members of the public to express their views and ask questions. Everyone is welcome.
